BIODEGRADABLE FILM
ZERO MICRO PLASTICS
A little information
One of the major advances with biodegradable film is if the correct raw materials are used there are no micro plastics left and the end of decomposition
Biodegradable raw materials have advanced very quickly. Biodegradable films last longer than compostable films, still undergo biological degradation which eventually form compost.
The end products are carbon dioxide, water, organic compounds, and biomass (compost) .
All this happens in a specified time frame, without leaving toxic residues in the soil and no micro plastics.
The useful life of the product is between 3 and 12 months depending on customers requirements
Once the product has reached end of life it is buried , micro organisms consume the plastic converting into its basic components mentioned above .
Time frame for total decomposition between 12 and 18 months
